Genus Acronicta, Dagger Moth Caterpillar Poster 13x30"

This is a poster for the nerdy caterpillar lover.  Dagger moth caterpillars of the genus Acronicta are incredibly diverse in form and function.  While the adult moth stages of the genus are similar, the caterpillars have been rapidly evolving.  Some are leaf mimics, others mimic bark, some have long hair, others coarse bristles, some look like bird poop, others look like unrelated poisonous or venomous caterpillars.
